This includes washing the house, peeling off old paint as necessary, using a coat of primer, caulking to fill gaps and holes, covering and protecting windows, sanding if necessary, removing gutters, and removing shutters.
We then apply 1 or 2 coats of paint to the house, trims, shutters, bulkheads, doors, and any other elements that the client wants included. We finish the project by making final touch-ups, cleaning around the house, putting the gutters and shutters back and we use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams products.

Step 1: Preparation

That’s why, before starting any work, we begin by thoroughly washing your house to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants that could affect the paint’s adhesion. We also use a coat of primer which is going to ensure that the paint will not start to peel in the future. We use caulking to fill and seal any large gaps or holes, this will ensure the longevity of the paint. We cover and protect all windows and other elements that will not be painted, this way we guarantee that they remain in perfect condition. We sand the surface if necessary to ensure a smooth finish. We remove gutters and shutters, this way we can access all parts of the house to paint.
To finish we protect the floor along the entire length of the house to ensure that it remains in perfect condition.
Step 2: Painting
Using high-quality paint from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, we apply one or two coats of paint to your house, trims, shutters, bulkheads, doors, and any other elements you want included in the painting phase. We carefully paint the trims, shutters, and other details to ensure a professional and polished finish.
Step 3: Finishing
We believe that the final touch-ups are crucial to ensure your house looks perfect. This means that before we leave the project, we make sure that every last detail has been attended to. To finish, we clean around the house. We put back the gutters and shutters, so everything is back to the original state, and we remove all the protective covering that we had put in place.
